Introduction
The micro insertion type water content analyzer is an improved product developed by our company based on the basic insertion type crude oil water content analyzer. Its technical parameters such as function and measurement accuracy are the same as the basic type crude oil water content analyzer, but its external dimensions are significantly smaller than other types of water content analyzers, making it more suitable for installation in small diameter pipelines and locations with limited installation space. Easy to use, compact and safe.

Scope of application
1. Suitable for online water content detection at oilfield wellheads, joint station pipelines, and chemical plant production lines;
2. High water content, low water content crude oil and exported crude oil, benzene and other organic liquids;
3. Suitable for various places with insufficient installation space, as well as single well heads and other places that require batch installation, suitable for large-scale installation, overall system control, easy installation, simple maintenance, and accuracy no different from other products.
Product features
1. The electromagnetic wave phase shift detection technology is used to measure the dielectric constant of crude oil, which can be used immediately after power on. It does not contain any radioactive substances and has no moving parts, ensuring high measurement resolution and strong medium adaptability, and is safe and environmentally friendly
2. The header adopts explosion-proof technology, and the display screen adopts OLED LCD screen, with real-time display of Chinese text and numbers, making debugging convenient.
3. Built-in temperature sensor, as the dielectric constant of water decreases with increasing temperature, it can lead to a decrease in the measured moisture content value. Temperature compensation can accurately correct the measurement results, thereby achieving the goal of improving measurement accuracy.
4. The instrument probe is made of stainless steel and can adapt to various corrosive liquids such as acids and alkalis, as well as the vast majority of tested media including organic solvents such as toluene.
5. The product has no mechanical moving parts, and the sensor after surface treatment is not easy to stick to oil, ensuring the long-term reliable and maintenance free operation of the instrument.
