HSF-1000-3 Pipeline Type Online Crude Oil Water Content Tester

Introduction

   The pipeline type online crude oil analyzer uses electromagnetic wave phase shift detection technology to measure the dielectric constant of crude oil, and calculates the water content of crude oil based on the comprehensive dielectric constant of the mixed liquid.  This technology is a mature technique widely adopted and recognized by foreign petroleum instrument companies for stable, accurate, and reliable measurement of crude oil water content.

    The moisture content analyzer adopts an integrated dedicated chip as the core measurement unit. The use of high-tech chips makes the instrument have the characteristics of small size, large measurement range (0-100%), high measurement accuracy, good working stability, and easy installation.

   The water content online measurement technology can achieve comprehensive water content online measurement monitoring, remote data transmission, real-time online monitoring of comprehensive water content, and integrate with existing digital platforms to monitor and record the water content changes of crude oil in pipelines in real time, meeting the needs of production sites.

Scope of application

1. Online water content detection of various fluid media in well sites, metering rooms, oil gathering stations, transfer stations, joint stations, oil pipelines, and chemical plants;

2. High water content and low water content crude oil, exported crude oil, benzene and other organic liquids;

3. It can also be used for water content monitoring and alarm during oil storage tank and irregular container loading or unloading.

Product features

1. The electromagnetic wave phase shift detection technology is used to measure the dielectric constant of crude oil, which can be used immediately after power on. It does not contain any radioactive substances and has no moving parts, ensuring high measurement resolution and strong medium adaptability. It is also safe and environmentally friendly, and can directly replace the early installed radioactive water content instruments in oil fields.

2. The header adopts explosion-proof technology, with real-time display of Chinese text and numbers, making debugging convenient.

3. The primary instrument adopts a flange pipe section structure, which is easy and fast to install. Based on the characteristics of unstable liquid production and large associated gas in low-permeability oil wells, a gas-liquid separation device and a liquid storage device are used to maintain liquid level stability, eliminate the influence of associated gas, and achieve stable measurement.

4. Built in temperature sensor, as the dielectric constant of water decreases with increasing temperature, it can lead to a decrease in the measured moisture content value.  Temperature compensation can accurately correct the measurement results, thereby achieving the goal of improving measurement accuracy.

5. The instrument probe is made of stainless steel and can adapt to various corrosive liquids such as acids and alkalis, as well as the vast majority of tested media including organic solvents such as toluene.

6. Intelligent communication, software can be upgraded on-site.

7. The product has no mechanical moving parts, and with the surface treatment process of anti sticking oil, it ensures the long-term reliable and maintenance free operation of the instrument.
