Product Introduction

The  HSF-1000  portable  crude  oil  water  content  analyzer  adopts   advanced electromagnetic wave dielectric constant detection technology and German dedicated chips,  making  the   instrument  intelligent  and  compact.     Real  time   and  accurate measurement   of  crude   oil  moisture   content  has  been   achieved,  breaking   the technological and price monopoly of foreign companies on this product.   This product is specially designed with a unique detection head and split structure for the high viscosity, high water content, and high wax content of crude oil. Various process measures are adopted to fully adapt to the laboratory measurement of crude oil water content in major oil fields.   The sensor probe is made of 316 stainless steel combined with Teflon material, which is resistant to high temperature, acid, alkali, and sulfide gas corrosion, and is not easy to scale or wax, thus ensuring the accuracy and stability of instrument measurement data. It can be widely used in laboratories of major oil fields.

At present, the commonly used methods for detecting crude oil water content in oil fields are distillation and centrifugation.   Distillation method is used for quantitative measurement  of water  content  in  low  water  content  crude  oil,  mainly  applied  in laboratories at crude oil transfer sites. The testing time is long, the efficiency is low, and the accuracy is good.

The centrifugation method can quickly measure the moisture content in crude oil samples and is mainly used in laboratories in various operating areas.    Compared with the distillation method, the method of measuring the water content of crude oil sampled from the wellhead using a centrifuge has a shorter testing time (about 15 minutes for sample  shaking  and  requires  manual calculation  to  obtain  the  final  result),  which improves work efficiency and reduces the workload of the laboratory technician.

The  portable  crude  oil  water  content  analyzer,  which  adopts  the  method  of measuring electrical characteristics and dielectric constant, is a new generation of rapid analysis equipment for crude oil water content developed by our company after years of research and practice. It is faster than distillation and centrifugation methods, and the results can be obtained in a few seconds for one sample, greatly improving efficiency. The machine is small, easy to carry, and can be measured as needed.

month.
