1. Working Principle
HS-2000 external ultrasonic liquid level meter adopts the echo ranging principle of radar and combines the digital signal processing technology to overcome the influence of the tank wall and measure the liquid level in the tank with high accuracy and non-contact. The liquid level height value is accurate, and there is no need for CPU to analyze, compare and judge. After the CPU obtains the liquid level value, it can send it to NVRAM for storage and digital display. In addition, the instrument can output 4 ~ 20mA standard signal or output the measurement results to the upper computer (or secondary meter) through RS-485 interface.

3. Application Condition
Medium Purity
The liquid shall not be filled with dense bubbles
A large amount of solids, such as crystals, cannot be suspended in the liquid
A large amount of sediment cannot be deposited in the liquid
Medium Viscosity
Dynamic viscosity < 10mPaS;
When 10mPaS < dynamic viscosity < 30mPaS, the instrument range may be reduced;
When the dynamic viscosity is > 30mPaS, it cannot be measured
Note: As the temperature increases, the viscosity decreases, and most of the high viscosity liquids are more obviously affected by the temperature. Therefore, when measuring the viscosity liquids, attention should be paid to the influence of the liquid temperature.
Tank
Material: the container wall where the measuring probe is installed shall be made of hard materials that can transmit signals well. Examples: carbon steel, stainless steel, various hard metals, FRP, epoxy resin, hard plastics, ceramics, glass, hard rubber and other materials or their composites. If the container wall where the measuring probe is installed is made of multi-layer materials, the layers shall be in close contact without bubbles or gas interlayer, and the inner and outer surfaces of the container wall shall be flat.
