Model: HS-MS-FG3D

Smagall has 16 years’ experience of developing products to meet our customers’ specific requirements for magnetic sensor technology. We assemble, test and calibrate our products using specialist test equipment developed in-house, with calibration traceable to national standards. 

We have responded to customer demand by designing fluxgate sensors for operation on drill heads, on aircraft, in space and at the bottom of the sea. 

On request, we have designed electronics with noise levels down to a few pT at 1Hz for incorporation into instruments that combine high sensitivity with very low power usage and drift (<10pTrms/√Hz @ 1Hz at 12mW). 

Sensor bandwidths can be tailored for applications from a few Hz to 13kHz. 

We design 24-bit or more data acquisition hardware and software to pre-process and record data from multiple sensors, and provide interface units to complete multi-sensor measurement systems. Our electronics allow signals to be digitized and networked. 

An ISO9001-compliant Quality Management System ensures custom development activity, including all the necessary steps to verify requirements and validate the completed design, with customer reviews and demonstrations marking key milestones in the process.

1. Cable-type Three Axis Magnetic Fluxgate Sensor

Cable-type three axis magnetic fluxgate sensor a special three axis magnetic fluxgate sensor for underwater dragging magnetic array system, which is customized for a research institute in CSIC. In purpose of the satisfaction of installation, using requirements for customers, we have redesigned the internal structure and electricity circuit that there is a installation hole on the sensor, and the sensors could be connected by the cables through the hole. It is convenient to install, use and maintain in this way.

2. Cable Tied Three Axis Magnetic Fluxgate Sensor

Cable Tied Three Axis Magnetic Fluxgate Sensor is anther special three axis magnetic fluxgate sensor for underwater dragging magnetic array system, which is customized for a research institute in CSIC. Based on the customers’ requirement, we have optimized the technical indexes of the cable tied three axis magnetic fluxgate sensor in order to meet using requirements more. Meanwhile, the installation method has been adjusted from original structure to mounting slots of the sensor. Thus, it is easier for this structure to maintain and replace the sensor daily.

3. Over-load Resistance Three Axis Magnetic Fluxgate Sensor

Over-load three axis magnetic fluxgate sensor is a special three axis magnetic fluxgate sensor customized for a research institute of China Ordnance Industries Group to measure artillery shell gesture. The sensors have adopted a special structure, the over-load resistant capability could reach 20000g. The product has passed actual installation test with good test effect and acquired the affirmation from customers. Comparing with the fluxgate sensors, the precision and the sensitivity are much higher and more fit for alternating magnetic field measurement, which could offer more qualified and reliable test data for customers.

4. Station Applied Three Axis Magnetic Fluxgate Sensor

Station applied three axis magnetic fluxgate sensor is a special customized magnetic fluxgate sensor for monitoring the environmental magnetic field and simulated magnetic field for an research institute in domestic land. We have redesigned the inner structure and outer shell of the sensor and make it more fit for the actual demands from customers. Till now, the product has been successfully put into the use of magnetic measurement systems developed by customers. Now the item has been accepted by end users and obtained good remarks of the customers and the users.
